consortium for computing sciences in colleges :  central plains

As a proud member of the Consortium for Computing Sciences in Colleges, CCSC:Central Plains holds a yearly regional meeting enabling faculty from throughout the Central Plains area to gather to learn, network, and get energized about teaching and new developments in the Computing disciplines.

If you live in the Central Plains — primarily Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, but we welcome people from everywhere — then please consider joining us at our 24th annual conference, on April 6-7, 2018, at Northwest Missouri State University, in Maryville, MO (where the folks are friendly and the wi-fi is wicked-fast).

Whether you are a new faculty member looking to publish your first paper(s), a tenured professor just trying to keep up with what's new, or a K-12 teacher wanting to bring something novel to the classroom, CCSC:Central Plains is the conference for you!

Of course, beyond a great lineup of papers, panels, tutorials, and workshops, we will have an awesome programming contest and career fair that your students will not want to miss.
