Conference Information

The CCSC-SC 36th annual conference will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025 at McNeese State University at Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Important Date

January 13, 2025 - Last day to submit professional papers for review.

January 17, 2025 - Papers released to reviewers.

February 3, 2025 - Paper reviews due.

February 3, 2025 - Last day to submit proposals for workshops, tutorials and Nifty Assignments

Cost for 2025 conference:

• $160 until 02/18/2025
• $175 02/19/2025 through conference
• $75 for students & retirees

Submissions

Faculty are encouraged to submit a professional paper, panel, tutorial, or workshop.

Students may present a student poster and compete in our undergraduate Student Poster Presentation Competition during the conference.
