Author information : The authors' names should be centered using 12 point. The affiliation, address and e-mail should be 10 point.
Page format : You should format your submission for 8.5x11-inch paper. Top and bottom margins should be 1 inch, left and right margins should be 0.75 inch. This is for every page including the first. Text should be presented in two columns, each 3.33 inches wide.
Text: All text including abstract should be single spaced, full justification, Times Roman, 10 point.
Section heads: Section headings are flush left, Times Roman, bold, 12 point, ALL CAPITALS. There should be an additional 6 points of white space above the section head.
Abstract: The abstract should be a short description of the work described in the document. Use the word “Abstract” as the title, in 12-point Times, boldface type, centered relative to the column, initially capitalized. The abstract is to be in 10-point, single-spaced type, and may be up to 3 in. (7.62 cm) long. Leave two blank lines after the abstract, then begin the main text.
Citations:
Appropriately cite all references to other published works included in the paper.
Include a list of references, or bibliography, as the last section in the paper (see below).
References to published works of others must be indicated by a citation consisting of the number(s) of the entries in the reference list
enclosed in square brackets (e.g., [1], [3, 5, 11]).
References: List and number all bibliographical references in 9-point Times, single-spaced, at the end of your paper. When referenced in the text, enclose the citation number in square brackets, for example [1]. Where appropriate, include the name(s) of editors of referenced books.
