Conference Registration

Conference registration will be via snail mail. Please print out the appropriate form below, and mail it with your remittance to the address on the form. Detailed instructions are on the forms.

Authors Author Registration Form
Authors, speakers, and others whose names will appear in the Proceedings must register by February 15, early enough for the book editors to perform their logistical magic.
General General Registration Form
Early registration (postmarked by March 30) will save you $20. Registration at the door will be available.
Students Student Registration Form
Present your poster to a supportive audience !
Due by March 30.

Registration before February 29 is strongly recommended.

There may be extra banquet tickets available at the door.
