The following hotels have blocked rooms and provided special rates for conference participants.
- McMenamins Grand Lodge, Forest Grove (1.7 miles from Pacific University):

The banquet will be held at this venue. The room block is a courtesy hold and
McMenamins will release any rooms not picked up 30 days prior to the
conference. The rooms are European-style with shared baths down the hall.
The rooms are located throughout the hotel and are on a first come, first
serve basis. The queen rooms are $60 plus 10% hotel tax and the kings are
$95 plus 10% tax rate. You are welcome to book outside of the room block,
and all reservations will require a credit card upon time of reservation.

(503) 992-9533 or toll free at (877) 992-9533 and refer to the
CCSC Conference. Please note: they have a two hotel room per credit card limit.

Under special rates, choose Group/Block. Then enter 1310CCSCCO, which is the special code
that will connect you with the reserved room book. This will allow you to choose from the
available rooms that remain in the block.
- Comfort Inn, Hillsboro (9 miles from Pacific University):
- The room block includes both single queen rooms and two-queen rooms at $109 per night.
Queen rooms can not exceed two occupants and two-queen rooms can not exceed four occupants.
A minimum amount of roll-a-way beds are available for $10.00 per night. Rooms are
available at this rate until the cut-off date of 9/24/2013.
Please ask for the Pacific University Conference Group Block in order to qualify for the special
rate when making the reservation. You must contact the Hotel directly to reserve the room
by phoning (503) 648-3500. When making a reservation, you must provide a valid credit card
with phone number. This will insure a smooth check-in process.
- Americas Best Value Inn & Suites, Forest Grove (1.5 miles from Pacific University):
- The room block includes two-queen rooms for $77 a night. This rate is available until
9/16/2013. To reserve a room at this rate please phone (503) 357-9000 and mention
Pacific University.
