January 17, 2025 - Papers released to reviewers.

February 3, 2025 - Paper reviews due.

February 3, 2025 - Last day to submit proposals for workshops, tutorials and Nifty Assignments

February 7, 2025 - Steering Committee meeting to decide 2025 program. (2:00 pm meeting)

February 10, 2025 - Authors notified via email of paper status (acceptance/rejection)

February 18, 2025 - Final electronic versions of accepted professional papers (LaTex only) and tutorials/workshops due for publication.

February 18, 2025 - Professional and student author (papers/tutorials/workshops presenters) registrations due. (late registration fee after this date)

March 28, 2025 - Posters Due

April 4, 2025 - Conference at McNeese State University, Lake Charles, Louisiana
