Instructions for Student Poster Submissions:
Students and Faculty at colleges and universities are encouraged to
record and submit a 3-minute poster presentation for the conference poster session.
All poster abstracts AND recordings must be submitted to the South Central Poster Chair, Dr. Shyam Karrah
(skarrah@utdallas.edu).
Send a plain text email message to: Dr. Shyam Karrah,
skarrah@utdallas.edu with the
following information:
- To: skarrah@utdallas.edu
- Subject: CCSC:SC Student Poster Submission
- NAME(s):
List the name (or names) of all student presenters.
List name as "first_name middle_initial last_name".
Separate all names with a comma.
The first name listed should be the primary contact for the project.
All presenters must be undergraduate students.
- CONTACT INFORMATION:
Give the name, e-mail, and
phone number where the primary student contact may be reached.
- TITLE OF PROJECT:
Give the title of your project.

SCHOOL AFFILIATION:
Name the school that you attend.
- FACULTY ADVISOR:
Give the name and contact information for the faculty member that
advised you on your project and who has agreed to
recommend that your poster be submitted to the
South Central regional conference of the CCSC.
Please note: A faculty member may recommend no more than six
poster submissions per year.

PROJECT ABSTRACT:
This should be a brief paragraph summary of your project including the problem,
solution, and results.

All students and faculty submitting a poster recording must register for the conference.
- Recorded student posters presentations are automatically eligible for the student poster competition.
- Student Poster competition winners will be annouced after the Student Poster presentation session at
the conference.
- Student Poster presentations are limited to 20 entries total. First come first serve.
